Granting tax exemption to the Istanbul Education and Youth Service Foundation (TÜRGEV) exclusive to the periods in which the foundation operates according to the official deed was decided by the Council of Ministers on 26/09/2021 under Article 20 of Law No. 4962 dated 30/07/2003 upon in the letter of the Ministry of Finance dated 17.08.2011 and numbered 78793.
