GİF (Güzel İşler Fabrikası) is a holistic education and development model implemented to support young girls in discovering their interests, talents, and potentials within TÜRGEV. GİF brings together art, culture, thought, technology, and production under one roof; it aims not only for young girls to acquire knowledge but also to grow as individuals who are productive, thoughtful, have a high aesthetic sensitivity, and possess a developed sense of social responsibility.

Inspired by the accumulation of civilization and centered on the needs of the age, the educational approach offers GİF; providing young girls with safe, sincere, and inspiring learning environments. Each campus develops a unique identity in line with the needs of the city it is located in and the opportunities it has, while supporting the multifaceted development of young people around a common educational understanding.

GİF The Education Model is a holistic educational approach that supports the development of young girls as active individuals who learn, produce, experience, and contribute to society. It considers art, culture, academia, technology, and social development as complementary fields.

    Supports the artistic development and expression skills of young people by combining music education with production and stage experience.

    It supports the aesthetic perspective, skill development, and original production by bringing together traditional and contemporary art disciplines.

  3. GİF Culture

    Interviews develop young people's intellectual accumulation, expression skills, and cultural awareness through literature and culture programs.

  4. GİF Academy

    Critical thinking supports young people's academic and intellectual development through a research and interdisciplinary learning approach.

  5. GİF Space

    Transforms GİF campuses into living learning spaces where young people come together, develop a sense of belonging, establish collaborations, and create together.

  6. GİF Future

    Psychological counseling and guidance prepare young people for the needs of the changing world and the future through career, digital literacy, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship studies.
