The address of collaboration, art, and volunteering Güzel İşler Fabrikası (GİF) has made a strong start to its new era.
GİF’26: This new era, which started with the theme of Discover, Develop, Inspire, guides young women's journey of production, development, and solidarity.
At the promotional program held on Monday, October 27, at the Rami Library in Eyüpsultan, Istanbul; we collectively presented a strong vision that inspires youth in the fields of culture, art, and volunteering.
That day, we not only started a new era but also the new story of a community that produces, shares, and grows through solidarity.
The voice of labor, art, and hope echoed in every corner of the hall.
At our promotional program; we hosted Istanbul Governor Davut Gül, Afyonkarahisar Governor Kübra Güran Yiğitbaşı, AK Party MKYK Member Mahir Ünal, our Chairperson of the Board of Directors Av. Hatice Akıncı Yılmaz, our Board Member Dr. Esra Albayrak, and many esteemed guests.
The hall turned into a powerful meeting point where the hearts that believe in youth beat together.
We once again sincerely thank all our guests who were with us on this meaningful day.
GİF’26 Community: The Meeting Point of Production, Art, and Volunteering
The strong bond established at the Rami Library reminded us once again of the essence of Güzel İşler Fabrikası.
Because GİF is a meeting area where production, sharing, and volunteering intersect.
In this journey we undertake under the roof of TÜRGEV, young women discover their own potential; they turn their ideas into labor and their labor into value.
With every step, we are creating a ground where knowledge intersects with emotion, and art intersects with social benefit.
This is what we call a "community."
Because here, there is not only learning; there is a culture of gaining strength from one another, sharing, and solidarity.
This community is also an ecosystem of sisterhood where young women produce safely and grow together.
In the new era, with GİF’26, we are further strengthening this ecosystem by organizing culture, art, music, and social impact-focused programs in campuses across Turkey.
In every workshop, at every meeting; we are writing new stories that touch the labor, aesthetics, and conscience of youth.
Highlighted Works in the GİF’26 Period
In the first meeting of the new era, we started with the screening of our promotional films for TÜRGEV and Güzel İşler Fabrikası (GİF).
Our guests witnessed inspiring moments with the music performance of our GİF students and the exhibition of the works they produced with great effort throughout the year.
Highlighted works in the new era include:
Talent development and production workshops
Culture-art meetings and exhibitions
Volunteering projects and social impact studies
Education and personal development-focused programs
Each work will be part of a transformation story where young women are empowered through production, nourished by art, and grow through volunteering.
Governor Davut Gül: "Güzel İşler Fabrikası is an Exemplary Model"
At the launch of GİF’26, Istanbul Governor Davut Gül emphasized the importance of the social and cultural opportunities offered to youth for the future of Turkey. Governor Gül stated that Istanbul has now become not only an education center for young people but also a safe and development-oriented living space, saying:
"Our students who choose Istanbul no longer have a dormitory problem. We have made significant progress in accommodation with the support of KYK and civil society organizations.
It is very valuable for TÜRGEV to guide youth not only in dormitory matters but also in the fields of culture, art, and volunteering. Güzel İşler Fabrikası is an exemplary model in this regard."
Governor Kübra Güran Yiğitbaşı: "A Job Not Touched by a Woman's Hand is Not Complete"
Afyonkarahisar Governor Kübra Güran Yiğitbaşı highlighted the power of women's labor in social development:
"As our President often states, no job is considered complete without a woman's touch. The production stories that started with women's cooperatives continue successfully across Turkey today. The 30 years of experience of TÜRGEV inspires the future of our young girls."
Our Chairperson Av. Hatice Akıncı Yılmaz: "The Dreams of Our Young Girls are the Hope of This Country"
Our Chairperson Av. Hatice Akıncı Yılmaz emphasized that we are entering a period that reactivates the labor and production power of youth, stating:
"The future of a society is shaped by the horizons of its young girls. Every opportunity opened in a young girl's life becomes a link in a transformation that spreads beyond individual gain to her family, community, country, and the world."
"GİF Provides a Safe Community for Our Young Girls"
Chairperson Yılmaz stated that GİF is not just an educational space; it provides an environment where young girls feel safe and strengthen by sharing, continuing her words:
"GİF is a living space where our young girls discover their potentials and turn their productions into social contributions. We call this area 'community.' Because here, there is not only learning; there is a culture of gaining strength from one another, sharing, and solidarity. GİF provides a safe community for our young girls. It does not just guide them; we walk alongside them."
The Chairperson concluded her speech with the following words:
"Supporting our young girls means building the future of Turkey together. The dream of each young girl is the hope of this country."
Dr. Esra Albayrak: "We Believe That Beautiful Works Still Carry Value"
Our Board Member Dr. Esra Albayrak shared the founding story and value-centered approach of GİF as follows:
"When we established GİF two years ago, we actually wanted to remember something. We still believe that goodness is the most virtuous choice. Despite all artificial intelligence algorithms, we think that humans are still subjects and actors in the change of social life. We wanted to keep this belief alive and reproduce it together with the youth. GİF exists as a community that brings together those who share this belief."
"Every Young Woman is a Carrier of a Call for Goodness"
Dr. Albayrak emphasized that the meaning in the name of GİF represents the dynamism of youth, using the following expressions:
"GİF means moving picture. Therefore, behind this name lies a meaning that carries the energy of youth, the quest for change, and the desire to multiply goodness. Here, every young person contributes to society while discovering themselves. What they produce becomes not just a work but a call for goodness, a production of value."
Dr. Albayrak concluded her speech by addressing young women with the following words:
"Every young woman gathered here today is an actor shaping the culture, art, and conscience of tomorrow. GİF will continue to grow, produce, and inspire with this awareness."
The Spirit of Producing, Sharing, and Solidarity
The program concluded with a panel of our GİF students, an exhibition tour, and a large family photo of the GİF.
That moment was engraved in memories as a symbol of not just an event but of producing together, sharing, and growing through solidarity.
In the new era, Güzel İşler Fabrikası (GİF) will continue to be the voice of producing young women, the meeting point of volunteering, and the source of inspiration for value-based development.
