The Güzel İşler Fabrikası (GİF) Executive Camp, held from August 25 to 29, 2025, shaped the strategic goals of the new era while supporting the personal and professional development of our managers.

On the first day of the camp, Yavuz Yiğit’s presentation titled “Guide to Mobilizing Youth” addressed effective communication and motivation methods with young people. Following that, the Drama Workshop led by Nurdan Albamya İnce offered practices aimed at developing our empathy, teamwork, and expression skills.

On the second day, we experienced the healing power of art with Zeynep Bozbek Türkyılmaz’s Art Therapy Workshop. Zafer Topaloğlu discussed the transmission of our core values to the youth in his talk titled “RootData Project: From Our Past to Our Future.” Later in the day, Mesut Dündar’s Social Entrepreneurship Training brought to the forefront the opportunities for leadership in socially beneficial projects.

The “GİF Executive Meeting” held on the third day was attended by our Board Chair, Av. Hatice Akıncı Yılmaz, and our General Manager, Dr. Selim Gençal. The current activities of our campuses were reviewed, and strengths and areas for improvement were evaluated. With contributions from our unit directors, the roadmap for the new era was clarified.

On the last day of the camp, our managers had the opportunity to closely explore Bursa’s historical and cultural heritage. Thus, a productive process was experienced where professional development and cultural sharing merged.

The outputs obtained during the camp will contribute to Güzel İşler Fabrikası continuing its activities in the upcoming period with a stronger, goal-oriented, and sustainable structure.
