As Türkiye Gençlik ve Eğitime Hizmet Vakfı (TÜRGEV), we brought together our students, graduates, volunteers, educators, and stakeholders at the same table throughout Ramadan. With the iftar programs we held in cities where our dormitories and Good Works Factories are located, especially in Istanbul, we were reminded of the value of sharing and being together.

At every table we set up with the understanding of "Iftar Tables One, Hearts One"; we shared not only our bread but also our hope, brotherhood, and values.

Every Table is a Story, Every Meeting is a Blessing

We started our Ramadan journey with the "Wisdom Table" we organized on February 20 at GİF Safvetipaşa Campus. By gathering with our educators at the same table, we breathed in the atmosphere of knowledge and wisdom together. Then; we reunited with our graduates at the "Brotherhood Table", we said amen to the same prayer with our students at the "Student Table" in the Binbirdirek Cistern, we established a bond of affection with our elders at the "Respect Table" in Darülaceze, we brought together the world of art and academia at the "Culture Art Table", we gathered as the great TÜRGEV family at the "Family Iftar" we held at Ibn Khaldun University, we shared the same blessings with our orphan students at the "Hope Table", and we hosted our valuable elders who contributed to our foundation at the "Loyalty Table."

At each meeting, we not only felt the mercy of Ramadan but also multiplied it together.

The Same Heart Climate Across Turkey

In addition to Istanbul, we experienced the joy of Ramadan together in our dormitories and Good Works Factories in different cities.

In Eskişehir, Bursa, and various locations in Istanbul, at the tables we set up with our students; we once again saw that sincerity, affection, and brotherhood speak the same language.

In every city, at every table, we shared the same feeling: Being together is to be strengthened.

"Every Table We Set Up is a Heart Environment"

As our Board Chair Hatice Akıncı Yılmaz expressed, for us, Ramadan is not just a time period; it is a season of mercy where hearts meet in the same direction.

We see every iftar table we set up with this understanding as the construction of a heart environment where our youth are raised with knowledge, wisdom, and a strong sense of values.

In these days when we feel the spirit of Ramadan most deeply, we pray for all our brothers under oppression, especially in Gaza; we hope that every table we set up multiplies hope and compassion.

A Connection Extending from Tables to the Future

The heart tables we set up throughout Ramadan showed us once again that;
for us, the support offered to young people is not just an opportunity, but also the construction of a strong value and bond.

The bonds formed at every table not only shape today;
but also build a future that is fairer, more compassionate, and more cooperative together.
