Strong Roots, Big Goals: TÜRGEV Building the Future

As Türkiye Gençlik ve Eğitime Hizmet Vakfı (TÜRGEV), we have taken a new strategic step to nurture the leaders of tomorrow. The Strategic Planning Project, launched under the slogan “Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow: Strong Roots, Strategic Mind, Innovative Tomorrows,” strengthens our mission to raise young generations that will shape the future of Turkey, inspired by our foundation's deep-rooted values.

A Future Rising with National and Spiritual Values

As TÜRGEV, we continue to offer young people a strong educational opportunity by centering national and spiritual values. We held the opening meeting of the Strategic Planning Project with the participation of our Board Chair, Av. Hatice Akıncı Yılmaz, Board Member Dr. Esra Albayrak, Board Members, and other executives.

This meeting became an important milestone where the great goals for the future were clarified, reflecting the growing vision and strong mission of TÜRGEV.

Our Youth is Growing for Turkey’s Strong Tomorrows

During the meeting, while discussing our foundation's educational vision and strategic goals, the determination to raise a generation of leaders that will lead the development of our country in light of national and spiritual values was emphasized.

Our Board Chair, Av. Hatice Akıncı Yılmaz, stated that with the strength derived from our foundation's past, we will continue our mission to raise a generation that will have a say in Turkey's development:

“As TÜRGEV, we are uncovering the potential of our youth, inspired by our deep-rooted civilization values; we are meticulously taking steps to raise leaders who will play a significant role in Turkey’s future. This project is the most concrete manifestation of our foundation's vision to build the future inspired by the strength of the past. The young people present in this hall today are the leaders who will shape tomorrow's Turkey.”

We Are Building Our Future Together

In his speech, our Board Chair Yılmaz also referred to our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s vision of the ‘Century of Turkey.’ By referencing the words, “A strong Turkey is possible with a strong youth,” he emphasized the determination to raise young generations that will build Turkey’s future in line with TÜRGEV’s 2053 goals.

A New Roadmap, A New Future

The Strategic Planning Project was initiated to strengthen TÜRGEV’s pioneering role in education and to raise the young leaders that Turkey needs. Within the scope of the project, new strategic goals regarding the education of young people were determined, and detailed roadmaps were created for the realization of these goals.

TÜRGEV will continue to strengthen its leadership role in education and invest in the education of young people in line with the ‘Century of Turkey’ mission. As our President emphasized, “Every step taken forward is a sign of our trust in our youth and their potential.”
