The Dormitory Manager Camp we organized between July 7-12, 2025, concluded with an educational and inspiring program. This special camp, where we came together with our managers working in our dormitories, was not only a sharing of knowledge and experience; it was also a meeting where we refreshed our values and redefined goodness.

We Met with Our Managers on the Same Goal

In the camp we held to support the professional development of our dormitory managers, strengthen our institutional culture, and make a stronger start to the new term; we provided comprehensive content on topics such as educational management, communication, leadership in crisis situations, effective communication with youth, and value-based management. With these trainings given by expert trainers, we both increased our knowledge and strengthened the management quality in our dormitories.

The first day of our camp started with the opening speeches of our Board Chair, Attorney Hatice Akıncı Yılmaz, and our General Manager, Makbule Çabuk. In these speeches where we shared the future vision of TÜRGEV, it was once again emphasized how valuable it is to serve youth.

We Are Developing Together, We Are Rising Together

This camp we held with our dormitory managers was not just a professional training program; it was also a construction of a spirit of unity. The ideas we shared throughout the camp, the workshops we conducted, and every moment we spent together made our journey of goodness under the roof of TÜRGEV even more meaningful.

In the new term, we renewed our motivation to touch the lives of the young girls staying in our dormitories more and to prepare them for life as more equipped individuals.
