Our society, which has believed for centuries that the rank of science is the highest rank, is known to carry out its mission of educating students mostly through foundations. In this context, like many of our foundations, TÜRGEV and ENSAR Foundations have emerged from the heart of society with this mission and have provided educational support to tens of thousands of students with our own resources to this day. The unchanging qualities of TÜRGEV and ENSAR Foundations since their establishment have been to support our youth according to the changing conditions of the age and to stand by them in the face of the challenges they encounter at all times.

One of the most direct results of our state's investments in educational infrastructure over the last twenty years is the exponential increase in the number of university graduates each year. Additionally, our country is demonstrating a stronger presence than ever in many innovative and competitive fields, especially in advanced technology, defense, aviation, and energy sectors, raising the need for qualified personnel in these areas to the highest level in the history of the Republic. In this context, the youth supported by our state through various projects and scholarships, both domestically and abroad, are receiving education at the most competent universities, institutions, and institutes in their fields, and every year, many of our young people are going to the United States as well.

In today's conditions, the dynamic young population of ours, who want to contribute to their country, which claims to define itself as a regional and global power, and who have pursued educational opportunities both domestically and abroad, has found a place in the social benefit approaches of TÜRGEV and ENSAR Foundations, which are constantly updated, to ensure safe and healthy accommodation and scholarship opportunities in many countries, especially the USA. In this context, these two foundations have combined their strengths and led to the establishment of the TÜRKEN Foundation, backed by the demands and support of the Turkish community residing in the USA. Last year, American authorities wanted to include the TÜRKEN Foundation, managed by Turkish citizens residing in the USA, within the legal framework known as FARA, and after completing the necessary legal procedures, they recently completed the registration process. This registration process is a natural result of the foundation's open and transparent structure, which operates under US laws, and the documents accessible to anyone have been uploaded to the website of the American Department of Justice.

The TÜRKEN Foundation, established under US laws and operating within the framework of US laws, is an educational foundation that offers accommodation and scholarship opportunities to Turkish youth coming to the USA for education, organizes various activities for them to have a compatible and healthy educational life with their environment, and has already achieved a respected position in the country it is located in, with every step it takes being transparent and accountable, and monitored by US authorities. This respected position has also led to support from many prominent community leaders, especially from the Turkish community living in the USA, and has provided resources through large fundraising organizations.

The understanding that the primary and most important need of Turkish youth coming to the USA for education is accommodation has highlighted the construction of a dormitory building in New York as a necessity with the donations collected. In this context, many philanthropists, in addition to local donors, have supported this prestigious project through TÜRGEV and ENSAR as part of their efforts to support Turkish students abroad. The dormitory building, which is planned to open next year and is being realized with extremely effective budget utilization, is not only a candidate to be a source of pride for the Turkish students who will stay there but also for the Turkish community abroad and our country.

We find it difficult to understand the motivation behind trying to tarnish a project that should make all citizens of the Republic of Turkey proud, which is the result of such a great and valuable vision, by using lies and smear campaigns. We condemn the mysterious manner in which information shared with American authorities and accessible to any citizen from open sources has been almost served and the role of being a pawn in a smear campaign against our country. Our reluctance to respond to these baseless claims, which resemble a FETÖ setup from beginning to end, is not due to the value we place on the claimants but rather our respect for the public. The appreciation belongs to our esteemed nation.
