TÜRGEV We held the third Traditional Secondary Education Dormitories Taekwondo Tournament, which has been carried out since 2022 within the scope of our Taekwondo Workshop in our Secondary Education Dormitories, with great excitement.

Approximately 50 of our students participated in the tournament hosted by the Zekiye Genç Girls' Student Dormitory. In the organization where athletes from Zekiye Gönenç, Acıbadem, and Kartal Hayriye Cemal Gülbaran dormitories participated, our students competed in different weight categories, showcasing their athletic skills while also strengthening the spirit of friendship and brotherhood.

We are Training Licensed Athletes

With the Taekwondo Workshop we conduct in our secondary education dormitories, we contribute not only to the athletic development of our students but also to their acquisition of discipline, self-confidence, and team spirit. In our workshops where we train licensed athletes registered with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, our students continue their development by regularly taking belt exams starting from the white belt.

While the achievements of our students, who have obtained significant rankings in inter-high school competitions, make us proud, the tournament we organized became a meaningful event that crowned the efforts of our young athletes.

Athletes Who Placed Received Their Medals

After a day full of competitions, medals were presented to our students who placed in different weight categories. After the final matches and the award ceremony, our students shared the excitement of the tournament with a cake cutting and a group photo.
