
TÜRGEV We organized the 5th National Student Congress on the theme "Young Minds, Common Future" on February 13-14, 2026, in Istanbul. At the congress held at the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Foundation University Hagia Sophia Campus, we hosted 100 students from various universities in Turkey; we presented 29 papers that went through a two-stage academic evaluation process to the public.

Intense Protocol Participation at the Congress
TÜRGEV Many invitees attended the 5th National Student Congress, including our Board Chair Hatice Akıncı Yılmaz, our General Manager Dr. Selim Gençal, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Fatih Sultan Mehmet University and a member of the Foundation Council, Mevlüt Uysal, and Istanbul Deputy Governor Serap Özmen Çetin.
Protocol members closely followed the presentations and held productive consultations with our students. This direct contact further strengthened the self-confidence and determination of our young researchers to produce while broadening their academic horizons.

In her opening speech at the congress, TÜRGEV Board Chair Hatice Akıncı Yılmaz emphasized the importance of young people gaining interdisciplinary thinking skills, stating, "A strong future is possible with thinking and responsible youth."
Our chair emphasized that the presented papers are the product of long-term academic effort and highlighted the contribution of TÜRGEV Platform Studies to the intellectual development of young people. TÜRGEV Platform Studies is conducted as a comprehensive educational process that strengthens our youth's academic skills and systematically supports thought production. In the 2025 period:

The disciplinary structure ranging from language and literature to social sciences, psychology, and health sciences steadily developed our students' critical thinking, analysis, and academic writing skills.
