As TÜRGEV, we continue to support the career development of our youth alongside their educational journeys in the 30th year of our organization. In this context, we bid farewell to our 34 participants who successfully completed our "New Generation Business Life" training program, launched in collaboration with Turkcell Academy, at the closing event held on June 4 at the Turkcell Headquarters.

The program we organized aimed at enabling young people to closely understand the dynamics of the corporate business world, adapt to digital transformation processes, and acquire the competencies they will need in their career journeys, took place between April 27 and May 21, 2026. GİF The face-to-face and online trainings we conducted at Safveti Pasha Campus were attended by 3rd and 4th-year undergraduate students and recent graduates.

Out of more than 300 applications evaluated, 60 young people were accepted into our program. 34 participants who successfully completed the training process and met the specified criteria earned their certificates.

Our closing program, hosted by Turkcell, began with a breakfast event where our participants and industry representatives came together.

In the "Experience Sharing Session" that followed, Murat Sunal, Turkcell's Digital Services Strategist, shared his experiences in the field of digital transformation with our youth. Additionally, in the Q&A session conducted with Turkcell Academy Director Rümeysa Kaymakçı, our participants had the opportunity to discuss topics they were curious about in the business world with experts.

At our closing program, TÜRGEV our General Manager Dr. Selim Gençallar also addressed our youth and wished them success in their career journeys. The program concluded after a prize-winning Kahoot competition held among our students.

As part of the program, we offered a wide range of training to our youth, from entering corporate life to artificial intelligence awareness, from data literacy to cybersecurity.

In the trainings provided by expert trainers from Turkcell Academy, essential competencies needed in the business world were covered, such as effective communication and presentation techniques, time management, leadership and teamwork, project management, digital transformation, innovative thinking, CV preparation, and interview techniques.

As TÜRGEV, we have been accompanying our youth on their education, development, and career journeys for 30 years; we continue to produce projects that will prepare them for the future more strongly. Thanks to the collaborations we have developed with public, private sector, and civil society organizations, we continue to prepare our youth not only for today's but also for the future's business world.
