Obligations

1. Except for documentable force majeure reasons (health, disaster, illness, death, etc.), if the scholarship recipient suspends their education, the Scholarship Executive Board will reevaluate the recipient's situation. If the opinion about the recipient is positive, the scholarship may continue.

2. Scholarship recipients are expected not to make false and/or incomplete declarations.

3. If it is determined that the scholarship recipient has made a false declaration, the scholarship will be terminated, and the scholarship amount will be collected retroactively.

4. Researchers are expected to conduct literature reviews, closely follow current studies, report, and produce academic and intellectual work through individual and group studies under the guidance of the TÜRGEV Graduate Researcher Training Scholarship Advisory and Executive Board in the specified fields.

5. Researchers who have successfully passed the doctoral qualification stage or have completed their doctorate will be selected among researchers based on their fields of study and expertise, and they may participate in studies in the specialized fields determined by the Executive Board and may be exempt from scholarship training processes.

6. A monthly cash amount of 1250 TL is allocated for Master's students with a thesis for a duration of 12 months, and a monthly cash amount of 2500 TL is allocated for doctoral students and researchers who have completed their doctorate in the last two years for a duration of 12 months.

7. Under the conditions deemed appropriate by the Scholarship Executive Board, scholarship recipients may stay free of charge in TÜRGEV dormitories at certain intervals during the period they receive the scholarship.

8. The scholarship duration is 12 months, and its renewal will be determined by our foundation at the end of the period.

9. TÜRGEV may cancel the scholarship given in cases it deems necessary without providing any justification.
