As TÜRGEV, we took our place at the 8th Etnospor Culture Festival held at Atatürk Airport between May 21-24. Over four days, while hosting thousands of visitors at our stand, we brought together many activities with our visitors, from traditional art workshops to GİF music performances, and from the cultural contributions of our international students to the events we organized with young people.
The traditional art workshops we held at our stand during the festival received great interest from visitors. Through the activities we prepared as part of Güzel İşler Fabrikası (GİF), we contributed to the involvement of visitors of all ages in cultural production processes.
Many activities aimed at preserving traditional culture were presented to festival participants during the four-day events.
Our international students staying in TÜRGEV also actively participated in our events throughout the festival. Thanks to the traditional art workshops conducted by our Kyrgyz and Uyghur students, our visitors had the opportunity to get to know different cultures closely.
The interaction environment created during the festival became one of the strong examples of cultural sharing and brotherhood.
The GİF music performances we held as part of the festival also received great interest from visitors. The performances, where traditional melodies met modern interpretations, added color to the festival area and provided participants with unforgettable moments.
Many important figures visited our stand throughout the festival. Notable visitors included Necmettin Bilal Erdoğan, President of the World Etnospor Confederation, Safa Koçoğlu, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya, Deputy Chair of the AK Party, and Şengül Karslı, Member of Parliament from Istanbul, among many others who visited our stand to learn about our activities.
As TÜRGEV, we continue our efforts to support our youth in connecting with cultural heritage, contribute to the preservation of traditional arts, and bring different cultures together under one roof.
