As Türkiye Gençlik ve Eğitime Hizmet Vakfı (TÜRGEV), we continue to support the innovative ideas developed by young people for a sustainable future. In this context, we came together with young people at the "Sustainability and Impact Idea Marathon: Marmara Impacthon" event organized in collaboration with the Marmara University Civil Society Organizations Application and Research Center (STKAM) and the Green Economy and Sustainability Club (YESK) on April 18-19, 2026.

Young people developed sustainable solutions over 48 hours.

At the event held at Marmara University Göztepe Campus, approximately 80 university students from Istanbul and surrounding provinces came together. During the 48-hour idea marathon, young people developed projects with high environmental and social impact in critical areas such as food, energy, water, transportation, smart cities, and waste management.

We stood by the young people with mentoring and jury support.

As TÜRGEV, we provided mentoring support to young people during the project development process, guiding them to turn their ideas into concrete projects. At the same time, we contributed to the development of the projects by serving as a jury during the evaluation phase.

At the end of the program, the top three teams received not only general awards but also special support focused on development and encouragement from our foundation.

We are carrying the potential of young people into the future.
