The Dormitory Manager Training Camp we launched on July 7, 2025, at Hayriye Cemal Gülbaran Secondary School Girls' Dormitory located in the Kartal district of Istanbul is being held with the participation of our managers working in dormitories across Turkey.

In this special program, which will last until July 12, our managers are coming together with experts in the fields of leadership, communication, youth psychology, and institutional development. Throughout this process, we aim to enhance our managers' professional competencies and ensure that they reflect our corporate vision more strongly in the field.

We are Bringing Our Corporate Vision to the Field with Opening Speeches

On the first day of the TÜRGEV Dormitory Manager Training Camp, our Board Chair Hatice Akıncı Yılmaz and our General Manager Makbule Çabuk addressed our managers. In their speeches, fundamental concepts such as the responsibility of women in education and governance, the value of guiding youth, and the reflection of our corporate vision in the field were highlighted. Along with these strong messages, we aimed to reinforce the sense of corporate unity and belonging, which is one of the main goals of the camp, and we made a strong start in this direction.

A Meeting Full of Value, Words, and Wisdom with Hayati İnanç

Hayati İnanç, a writer known for his deep research on Divan literature and powerful narration, was also among the guests of the camp. Interpreting classical poetry in his own style and making Divan literature appealing to contemporary people, Hayati İnanç held an inspiring conversation with our managers on the axis of value, words, and wisdom.
