We launched our "New Generation Business Life" training program in collaboration with Turkcell Academy to support young people in stepping into corporate life equipped. Our program, which took place between April 27 and May 21, 2026, was implemented with 60 participants selected after a rigorous application process.

At the end of a meticulous evaluation process of over 300 applications, we are implementing a hybrid training model that combines face-to-face and online formats with our participants selected from graduates and 3rd and 4th-year university students at GİF Safveti Pasha Campus.

In our program, we offer a content enriched with practical applications and interactive learning methods, in addition to theoretical knowledge. With our training modules created across a wide range from entering corporate life to project management, from artificial intelligence awareness to interview techniques, we aim for our youth to gain new generation competencies.

Thanks to these trainings provided by expert trainers from Turkcell Academy, we aim for our participants to make a strong start to their careers as professionals who are adept at the dynamics of the modern business world, can quickly adapt to digital transformation, and are ready for the field.

With this program that reveals the potential of young people and prepares them for the future business world, we continue to produce quality content in education and to stand by our youth.
