The program organized jointly by Ibn Khaldun University Continuing Education and Research Center (IHSEM) and TÜRGEV offers training opportunities for candidates for management positions in accommodation centers operating under the Ministry of National Education.

Participants in the program received training totaling 130 hours on topics such as legislation, management, nutrition and accommodation services, security, protocol and correspondence rules, e-dormitory module, professional development, etiquette and ethical rules, as well as issues related to children, adolescents, youth, and families.

Yurdagül Kayabaşı, the Director of Bahçelievler Higher Education Dormitory, who participated in the training, stated that with the education they received, starting from the legislation, they became fully informed about all the regulations that need to be implemented by the Ministry of National Education, and that they had a productive training process with the comprehensive program of IHSEM Experts. She expressed that they reinforced their awareness of how important and comprehensive accommodation services are, the breadth of their area of responsibility, and the obligations of their work by receiving such training.

Dormitory administrators who successfully completed the training program, which applied methods and techniques such as narration, problem-solving, question-answer, and experiential learning, were awarded the "Student Accommodation Services Specialist Certificate."

The "Student Accommodation Services Management Certificate Program" will continue in collaboration with TÜRGEV and Ibn Khaldun University during specific dates.
