The project supported by the Turkish National Agency provided an international learning environment by bringing together youth workers from different countries. During the program, participants had the opportunity to learn the project cycle management (PCM) approach both theoretically and practically.

The workshops addressed the key components of project development processes such as needs analysis, activity planning, logical framework creation, and budgeting. Participants developed solution-oriented project ideas for social issues and transformed these ideas into concrete drafts.

Throughout the training process, common learning methods were used to support participants' critical thinking, teamwork, and strategic planning skills. At the same time, learning was facilitated by examining international project examples and good practice models.

At the end of the program, participants presented their developed project ideas, received feedback, and had the opportunity to make their projects more feasible. Through institutional visits, they also gained field experience related to project development and evaluation processes.

The "From Idea to Action Youth Workshop" project provided an important learning experience that strengthens the knowledge and skills of youth workers while promoting international collaborations and aiming to produce sustainable social impact.
