The project, which involved youth workers and volunteers, aimed to create knowledge and awareness in the fields of social innovation and social entrepreneurship. During the program, participants received comprehensive training on the structure, operation, and sustainability of social enterprises.

In the workshops organized, topics such as business plan preparation, target audience analysis, and strategic planning were addressed, enhancing the participants' practical skills. The sessions in which participants took an active role increased knowledge sharing while strengthening the collaborative learning process.

The technical visits carried out within the project provided participants with the opportunity to examine good practice examples in various fields on-site. An informative seminar on environmental sustainability and ecosystems was held at the Microbiology Institute in Ohrid. The visit to the Üsküp Maarif Schools provided an important perspective on the education system.

In the cultural dimension of the program, different cities, primarily Skopje, Tetovo, and Ohrid, were visited to explore the region's historical and cultural heritage. Important sites such as the Saint Naum Monastery and the Bay of Bones Water Museum enriched the participants' intercultural learning experience.

TÜRGEV continues to develop international projects that support young people in gaining competence in the field of social innovation.
