On March 12, 1921, the National Anthem, which expresses the Turkish nation's struggle for independence in the strongest terms, was written by Mehmet Akif Ersoy and accepted as the national anthem by the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.

The National Anthem has been the voice of the independence struggle fought across Anatolia during the National Struggle period. This unique work, which begins with the address "Do not be afraid!", instilled courage in our nation during a time of despair and has become a symbol of independence, faith, and determination.

In line with our vision of raising responsible, equipped youth who are committed to national and spiritual values as Türkiye Gençlik ve Eğitime Hizmet Vakfı (TÜRGEV), we continue our efforts. The National Anthem is a symbol of faith, sacrifice, and the consciousness of being a nation. As TÜRGEV, we will resolutely continue to produce projects that sustain and strengthen this awareness and contribute to the academic and moral development of our youth.
On the anniversary of the acceptance of the National Anthem on March 12, we commemorate our National Struggle heroes, especially Mehmet Akif Ersoy, with mercy and gratitude, and we hope that our National Anthem, which symbolizes our independence, will be read with the same faith and determination forever.
