The month of Ramadan is a unique spiritual climate where souls find their direction anew and hearts draw closer to one another. In the deep silence of patience, in the abundance of gratitude, and in the warmth of charity, a person reunites with their essence, purifies, renews, and refreshes. For us, Ramadan is also a training and a mobilization of the heart. The month of Ramadan is a unique spiritual climate where souls find their direction anew and hearts draw closer to one another. In the deep silence of patience, in the abundance of gratitude, and in the warmth of charity, a person reunites with their essence, purifies, renews, and refreshes themselves. For us, Ramadan is also a mobilization of education and hearts. The young person who wakes up rubbing their eyes at dawn, feels their closeness to their Lord in their hunger throughout the day, and knows they are waiting at the door of acceptance for their prayer at that exceptional moment close to iftar; discovers both themselves and their responsibilities during this month. Every step taken, every good deed done, and every bridge of hearts built in this month are the strongest foundations of our future.
Unity at Our Tables, Brotherhood in Our Hearts
This Ramadan, we are gathering at the same table with thousands of our students in dormitories across Turkey. In every bite, we share the abundance of brotherhood, and in every prayer, we share the warmth of a common direction. These tables are not just for iftar; they are meeting points where our youth get to know each other, where the spirit of solidarity takes root, and where the bonds of brotherhood turn into moments that will be remembered for a lifetime.
A Ramadan in the Abundance of Quran Recitation
The Quran, read line by line in the circles of recitation, transforms into a guide that touches life in the circles of conversation established after the night prayers. Together with our students, we do not only recite the Quran; we work to understand, live, and internalize it. Because lasting awareness is built in essence, not in memorization!
Well-Being in Ramadan, Tranquility of the Soul, Maturity of the Spirit
This year, we are adding the "Well-Being Seminar Series" to our Ramadan programs. Mental clarity, spiritual balance, and moral maturity are the values we have lost the most in the noise of the modern world. In these seminars, we address the state of "well-being" from the perspective of Islamic thought, providing our youth with both an intellectual and spiritual foundation for building a solid personality. Because a strong generation grows in hands that are first human, then knowledgeable, and then bear responsibility.
Mercy When United, Abundance When Together
The month of Ramadan is that unique invitation that brings people together at the same tables, makes them say 'amen' in the same prayer, and unites hearts in a common ideal for the future. TÜRGEV The bond of hearts we establish with our youth in this blessed month is the strongest foundation for a generation raised on the axis of knowledge, morality, and responsibility. We wish for the climate of mercy of the month of Ramadan to bring goodness and abundance to our country, our nation, and the entire Islamic world; and we walk together towards a stronger future.
