TÜRGEV The Platform Studies Camp started this year with a comprehensive training program to help platform presidents make a strong start to the new term.
The main goal of the camp is to equip participants with the necessary leadership, communication, and technical skills for the presidential duties to be carried out in dormitories throughout the year.

Awareness of Volunteering and Application Workshops

In the first part of the camp, there are volunteering trainings and application workshops. Our participating students gain awareness of the duties they will carry out voluntarily throughout the year and reinforce the culture of volunteering.

Leadership and Effective Management Techniques

Case analyses on leadership and effective management techniques are conducted to develop the management skills of platform presidents. In these trainings, methods for developing the right attitudes are taught by working on possible crisis scenarios.

Effective Communication Workshops

Effective communication trainings focused on strengthening intra-team and inter-team communication skills help participants recognize their own communication styles. Additionally, practical exercises are conducted on how to adapt this language when necessary.

Gaining Technical Skills

To facilitate the work of the presidents throughout the year, technical trainings are provided under the title of New Generation Application Usage:

Thus, participants gain a strong foundation in both management and digital skills.
